The Valle de Cabezón kitchen has always prided itself in offering a large variety of desserts, of all types, 100% home-made on our premises. Original, popular or traditional recipes.

Tarta de galleta y carameloCookie and caramel cake; baked egg custard; rice pudding with fresh milk from Cudaña; crème brulèe; cow milk junket or curds…all of these traditional desserts fill our fridges, along with others such as yoghourt and berries mousse, cheesecake pudding, grandmother’s cake, baked cheesecake, orujo cake, Santiago cake, San Marcos cake, mille-feuilles cake, chocolate coulant, brownie, apple tarte tatin, red-wine poached pears, and many more.

The Valle de Cabezón kitchen has always prided itself in offering a large variety of desserts, of all types, 100% home-made on our premises. Original, popular or traditional recipes, there are over 20 every day, and many of them are included in the Daily Menu. Anyone who has a sweet tooth will find a true paradise in our restaurant.
