The la Rabia beach, on the left-bank of the river of the same name, is often confused with the Oyambre beach, as both are part of the Oyambre natural park.
One of the Cantabrian’s favourite places, this is an area that is protected by the Cantabrian government since 1988 and is home to beaches, dunes, tidal rivers and meadows, making this an exceptional natural monument. This area boasts one of the coastline’s most beautiful views, with the Picos de Europa as a backdrop and the spectacular Monte Corona adjoining the landscape.
